"ECCC adds charge of Genocide against alleged KR Official Ao An: Former Khmer Rouge official Ao An, also known as Ta An, faces new charges added by International Co-Investigating Judge Michael Bohlander. An, was charged nearly a year ago with premeditated homicide and crimes against humanity and he now faces additional charges including committing genocide against           Cham Muslims, and crimes against humanity at several sites during his tenure as deputy secretary of the Central Zone of the Democratic Kampuchea. An is the third mid-ranking official to be charged with genocide in cases 003 and 004." (Cambodia Daily)
